Robey Packaging Equipment meets all of your replacement part needs on your Robey Packaging Equipment & Black Diamond machines offering every part for replacement that you require. Most parts are in stock, but if not they will be sent out as soon as possible. Throughout the years we have supplied customers with replacement parts for competitors equipment, obsolete and new, when possible. We have also helped customers with improving designs to suit their needs with the machine they have, no matter who the manufacturer is of their machine. We pride ourselves in being a facility that offers standard parts as well as custom and innovative designs to improve the performance of our customer's machines. Every machine we build uses main parts specific to the customer's and material's needs. Some examples are special Augers/Screws, Fill Tube Types, and many more.
We also offer Repairs on your used parts when viable. Repairs on parts such as flanges, cylinders, and valves save our customers money over purchasing new parts. Note that repaired parts will take more time to receive, repair, and ship compared to new parts.

A wide range of scales means more choices for the customer. We offer simple and inexpensive scale controllers such as the Rice Lake 480 to more involved scale controllers that can operate multiple machines simultaneously like the Rice Lake 920. A common scale we use is the Rice Lake 720 which offers operators a simple interface at a good price. Set Points can be accessed through the main display and features such as Learn automatically adjust the weight to retain the best bag weight accuracy possible. We have installed may other scale brands and can work to supply you with the scale you desire.
We also commonly install our Electronic Scale Packages on old or competitors machines. We offer direct bolt on assemblies for Robey Packaging Equipment and most Black Diamond Baggers with minimal or no holes being required to be drilled to mount the scale and load cell. We offer scale conversion packages for competitor's machines, some that have required no service call and the customer was able to install themselves easily.

Bag Coder/Stamp
We have been offering our Bag Clamp Stamp Coder for over 30 years. The Bag Coder replaces the bag clamp assembly and when the stamp pad comes down, it holds the bag in place while filling and stamping the bag. When the machine shuts off, the stamp pad rotates up to contact the ink pad, waiting for the placement of the next bag and start to be pressed.
This assembly only stamps the valve end of the bag.
