RPE MODEL RM-10
Bagger to handle dry, free-flowing products ranging from fine powders to blended products having granules. The RM-10 bagger comes standard all pneumatic and is a pneumatic conveying fluidizing bagger. The bagger is typically fed from customer supplied holding hopper, minimum volume equal to at least three filled bags. When filling abrasive products, in-feed column heights exceeding 4 ft. may require an offset in-feed or other arrangement to limit product head pressure which could shorten the in-feed butterfly valve seat life. The pressure flow / assist principal of the RM-10 bagger uses the air pressure from the remotely located low pressure, high volume blower to provide the required / desired head pressure on the fluidization hopper. High pressure (80 PSI) compressed air required, the RM-10 bagger does not require a low pressure blower but is highly recommended to achieve desirable fill rates.

The upper product chamber of the bagger uses a positive sealing butterfly type product in-feed feed valve to close the top of the product chamber during the bag filling cycle. The chamber is then pressurized by a low pressure/high volume positive blower. This added pressurization means faster filling, tighter packed bags, and better weight accuracy.
The RM-10 bagger will fill and weigh a 50lb bag in as fast as 5 seconds using a remote blower for pressure assist. The baggers actual fill speed is determined by several product related factors including bulk density, "free-flowability", blower pressure, and particle size. Note, that it will become more difficult to retain accuracy when filling extremely fast.

Modular in design, multiple RM-10 baggers may be positioned side by side and equipped to automatically discharge the filled bag, typically onto a filled bag take-away conveyor, with all baggers simultaneously operating by one person.
