Robey Packaging Equipment & Service, Inc understands the importance of service on your equipment. So much so that we expressly put it in our name. When a facility is down due to equipment failure, we understand the importance of getting back up and running. We offer free assistance over the phone and through email and will help you identify where the issue lies and what is needed to correct the issue. We will also help come up with temporary solutions to get you back running that day if possible. Once we can identify the problem, we can get you the parts needed to repair your equipment.
If you are having a recurring issue that causes your machine to run slowly or inaccurately, contact us and we will help you make adjustments to remedy the problem.

In more difficult cases you may require a service call to identify and fix the problem. We preform many service calls every year for reasons including performance issues, upgrades, part installation, preventative maintenance, identifying potential problems, and more.

Rebuilds and Repairs
Robey Packaging Equipment also offers Rebuilds and Repairs on your equipment at our facility. Large repairs, upgrades, or other conversions can become costly when done in your plant. When possible we suggest sending your equipment to us for the required repairs, rebuilds, or upgrades you require. The cost of this service done in our plant is considerably less than when performed out on a service call and also can be done quicker. We understand in some cases it is too costly to remove and ship the equipment to us for the desired servicing. In those cases, we can assist your maintenance crew over the phone or perform a service call to your plant.

Most parts on your machine can be repaired, fixed, or rebuilt. We rebuild hopper flanges, support flanges, bag chairs/kickers, etc. If you have spares on the shelf, ship your worn parts to us for evaluation and repair. We also offer repair kits for the valves and actuators on your equipment. Again contact us for more information on part repairs, machine rebuilds, or any other equipment repair request.
